1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, browsing it, creating an account or placing an order, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. We may revise these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page; the version in force when you place an order is the one that governs that order.

These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with your personal data.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

3. Products, descriptions and availability

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including ingredients, weight and intended use. Photography is representative: shade rendering varies between screens, and the colour you see may not exactly match the product. If shade accuracy matters, buy from a counter where you can swatch, or contact us for a recommendation.

All products are subject to availability. We may change a formulation, discontinue a line or limit quantities per customer without notice. Products sold here are intended for the Malaysian market and are formulated to comply with the requirements of the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency. Halal certification applies to the products and facilities covered by our JAKIM certificate, which we will produce on request.

4. Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm the order. We take reasonable care with pricing, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order, through our payment processor. We accept the methods listed at checkout. If a payment is reversed or charged back without a valid reason, we may recover the amount and any costs from you.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive an order acknowledgement. We may decline an order where the product is out of stock, where we cannot verify payment or the delivery address, where the order appears to be for commercial resale, or where we suspect fraud. If we decline, we refund any amount taken in full.

6. Delivery

We deliver within Malaysia. Estimated delivery times are given in working days and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. If nobody is available to receive the parcel, the courier's own redelivery and collection rules apply.

Check your parcel on arrival. Report anything damaged, missing or wrong within seven days of delivery, with photographs, and we will put it right.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or the Sale of Goods Act 1957. Those rights stand whatever these terms say.

• Faulty, damaged or wrong items. Tell us within seven days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including delivery, and we cover return postage.
• Change of mind. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within fourteen days of delivery. You pay the return postage. We refund the product price once we receive and inspect the item.
• Opened cosmetics and skincare. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty. This is a health requirement, not a preference.
• Refund timing. Refunds go back to the original payment method within fourteen days of us approving the return. How quickly it appears depends on your bank.

Start a return by writing to [email protected] with your order number. Do not send anything back before we have confirmed the return.

8. Safe use, patch testing and allergies

Cosmetics and skincare can cause a reaction even when correctly formulated. Read the ingredient list on the packaging before you use a product, particularly if you have known sensitivities. Patch test on a small area of skin and wait twenty-four hours before applying more widely. Stop using a product immediately if you develop irritation, redness, swelling or discomfort, and seek medical advice if it does not settle.

Our products are cosmetics. They are not medicines, they do not treat or cure any medical condition, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical treatment, or using prescription topical medication, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before using a new product.

9. Content you submit

When you submit a comment, photograph or other content, you keep ownership of it and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, reproduce and adapt it in connection with our products and marketing, with attribution to the first name and last initial you supplied.

You confirm that the content is your own, that it is honest, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain anything unlawful, defamatory or offensive. We may decline to publish, or later remove, content that breaches this.

10. Intellectual property

The Chriszen name, logo, product names, packaging, photography, copy, page design and code on this site are owned by or licensed to Chriszen Malaysia Sdn Bhd and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape or systematically extract any part of the site, or use our marks, without our written permission.

11. Prohibited use

You must not use this site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or interfere with its operation. Specifically, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems; do not upload malware; do not scrape or harvest data by automated means without our written permission; do not place orders for resale without an authorised distributor agreement; and do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your association with us.

12. Disclaimers

We provide this website as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free or secure, or that the content is complete and current at every moment. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we exclude all warranties that are not expressly set out in these terms. Nothing here excludes any warranty or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Product reviews published on this site are written by our own team about our own products. They are not independent reviews and should not be read as such.

13. Limitation of liability

We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited under Malaysian law.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also have the option of bringing a claim before the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia, which is designed to be used without a lawyer.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us. Most disputes are resolved faster by email than by litigation.

15. General

• If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the rest of these terms continue to apply.
• If we do not enforce a right immediately, that is not a waiver of it.
• These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmation, are the entire agreement between us.
• You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours if the business is sold or restructured.
• Nobody who is not a party to these terms may enforce them.
• We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, flood, fire, industrial action, and failure of public utilities or telecommunications networks.
